2) All occupants who intend to reside in the property are to complete the form.
3) Completing this application and applying to rent this property is based on the understanding you have viewed the property and accept the property in its current condition.
4) Along with submitting your application a non- refundable deposit equivalent to one week rent is required. On approval of your application, this will be applied towards your rent. If your application is declined by the owner it will be refunded back to your nominated account.
5) On approval of your application, the full move-in costs to be paid prior to receiving the keys are: Bond 4 x weeks & Rent 2 x weeks.
