    Our Property Managers are well versed with the Residential Tenancy Act and are always on hand and available to answer any questions you may have. Within business hours we will attend to any maintenance or repair issue and organise a tradesperson in a timely manner. Any Emergency issue during and after business hours will be attended to immediately.

  • Ensuring you have a safe place to live

    Prior to the tenancy commencing an inspection of the property and the chattels will have been completed. At the start of your tenancy and throughout you are obligated by law to report any maintenance/repair issues; the sooner the better to avoid further damage. Throughout your tenancy 6 monthly inspections will be conducted, this is also a good time to report any maintenance issues. It is recommended that tenants have insurance to cover their personal belongings and any damage you or your guest may cause to the property.

  • Making sure it all goes smoothly

    You will be given a copy of your Tenancy Agreement. Keep this in a safe place, it outlines all the terms and conditions of your tenancy. Your Bond is lodged and held in trust at the MBIE Bond Centre in Wellington.
